Monday teams - 2024-2025 Season

In the SUBMERGED^℠ challenge, launching August 6, 2024, FIRST LEGO League teams will use creative thinking and LEGO^® technology to explore the layers of the ocean and bring their learning and ideas to the surface as they “sea” into the future.

Time Commitment:

• Team meeting every Monday 6:00 - 8:00 pm July 8 - December 13, 2024, then the second and fourth Mondays in January - April, 2025.
  

• 2 hour Work Sessions every Sunday 1:00-3:00 pm August through November.

• Full Day Competition - 1 Scrimmage in October, 1 Saturday tournament in November, and the second Saturday in December if team qualifies for State tournament

• 1-2 Field Trips each semester

• Broomfield Robotics Club Annual Celebration April 27, 2025 3:00-5:00 pm

  ATTENTION: If you haven't already uploaded forms on another Broomfield STEM registration for the 2024-2025 season, please download and complete a Participation Agreement & Release of Liability, and Medical History Form for each student now. You will be asked to upload a digital version of these completed forms as part of the registration process.

  PLEASE NOTE: If your student wants to participate in FLL, please add them to the waitlist! We use waitlists to inform our future programming decisions, and students on the waitlist will be invited to participate in other Broomfield STEM workshops and camps while they wait. Students are selected off the waitlist based on the current and upcoming grade and gender balances of the teams, enrollment of other siblings or parent mentors in the program, and length of time on the waitlist. We will contact you when a space becomes available for your student.
